IvyPride is a group for LGBTQ+ alumni, faculty/staff, and grad students who meet monthly at rotating locations.
This time, we’re inviting you to a hike on the famous Stanford Dish Trail. It’s a 3.5-mile paved loop with about 600 feet of elevation gain. The hike offers beautiful views of the Stanford campus, the Bay, and scenic undeveloped hills. Pets are not allowed, as the area is used for ecological research by the university. The hike will take us between 1 and 1.5 hours, and we could grab some food afterwards.
Meet us at 9 am at the Stanford Gate (southern entrance on Junipero Serra Blvd). Parking is available on Stanford Ave, or at the nearby Lucille M. Nixon Elementary School - check all signs!) but it could be busy, so give yourself time to park.
