Women's Farewell to Summer Cycling Event:
Twin Lights Bike Ride and Post-Ride Get-Together
Highlands (Sandy Hook), NJ
WHEN: Sunday, September 26, 2010
Ride in the morning (Start time varies by distance)
9:15 AM -10:30 AM for the 30 mile ride
8:15 AM - 9:45 AM for the 55 mile ride
7:30 AM - 8:30 am for the longer rides. (See website)
Get-together to follow - details to be announced to those who RSVP
WHERE: Highlands, NJ. Ride starts and ends under the Twin Lights @ Sandy Hook, NJ. Drive from NYC or take the Ferry to Sandy Hook, NJ.

COST: Bike ride registration fees (to the Bike NY Ride):
$50-$55 (in advance) & $60 (register at the ride)

A portion of the fees go to The Wellness Community (a cancer center) The ferry costs $45 -- or you can drive and park at the ride. Your actual meal cost at our get-together, afterwards. No cover

Join in on a farewell to Summer Fall cycling event: The Twin Lights Ride (Sandy Hook, NJ) on Sunday September 26, 2010.
The ride offers 4 distances (30, 55, 75 and 100 miles) that range from easy to exhilarating (hard) and scenic.
30 miles / Oceanport Loop
55 miles / Colts Neck Loop (harder than the 5-Boro Bike Ride)
75 miles / Manasquan Reservoir Loop
100 miles / Monmouth Century
You register for 1 distance but have the option to change on the day of the ride. Our organizer will ride the XX Loop. The ride is
professionally managed by Bike New York, and offers rest areas, support (SAG) and route markings.
